NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER?

We’re always happy to help where we can. However, once we have cut your fabric, we’re unable to make changes to or cancel your order.

We aim to process orders first thing in the morning, so if you need to make a change, please call the store as soon as we’re open (at 9am). We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed.

Please don’t email us with order changes or cancellations. We’re a small independent store and don’t have a dedicated team member monitoring emails throughout the day, so we’re unable to guarantee that an email will be seen before your order is processed.
